Project Overview
Mais Terapias emerged as a free platform, continuously evolving from active listening of its users. With the growth of its user base, it became necessary to rethink the business model and the scalability of the product.
Challenge
About the business:
Monetization absence: As a free web app, the platform did not generate revenue.
Limited scalability: Platform designed with a focus only on independent therapists.
Churn: Loss of users who migrated to clinic environments and started demanding more complex solutions.
From users (healthcare professionals)
Calendar management: Freelancers who also work in clinics had difficulties coordinating schedules.
Collaboration between professionals: Need for secure sharing of information among therapists who attend the same patient, in compliance with the LGPD.
Opportunity
Monetize the platform with a freemium plan
Expand the user base with features aimed at clinics, expanding the market beyond independent professionals.
Make the product scalable into a functional solution for multiple profiles.
Brand repositioning: the new project would allow consolidating Mais Terapias as a complete clinical management solution, strengthening its value proposition in the market.
Improve the experience and efficiency of health professionals in their daily use of the platform.
